No shave November is a month-long journey where people don’t shave to evoke conversation and raise cancer awareness.. From November 1 – December 1,  people participate in this event to raise awareness for men’s health.
Males participate by not shaving their beards or mustaches and females participate by not shaving their legs and armpits.
This annual tradition is similar when people wear pink for October for breast cancer.
Sophomore Sinan Felic said, “My dad and uncle participate in No Shave November and I also see some athletes participate.”
