Not many athletes could be able to pull off the laborious schedule that junior Breazi Preston has.

During Preston’s off season, she’s been working hard and pulling through her tough practice schedule

“I had two practices a day, 6:30am-7:30am, and 6:30pm-8:30pm,” Preston said.

Breazi has made state for swimming two years in a row and performed well in last year’s competition.

“I think I did alright, I went up from my seed position, but I didn’t drop as much time as I wanted to,” Preston said.

Even though she performed well at state, she doesn’t believe it was the best she could do. She has worked hard during her off season to prepare for the upcoming season.

“I think we’ll have a good season because we’re a lot more focused and more supportive with each other,” Preston said.
